We look forward to welcoming you! Please drive to our gates located at 200 North Street, Kingston to expedite your check in process for our guest cabins or Edgewood Mansion. Once checked in, we will guide you on your way so the fun can begin. you to your respective rooms.

In the cooler months, our restaurant at Edgewood delivers a cozy atmosphere with gastropub fare anchored by locally sourced produce.

 Policies

  • We understand that plans may change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Should you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your estimated total room rate and applicable tax charges. Failure to show up for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no-show fee equal to the entire stay.

  • A valid credit card is required at time of reservation. 48 hours prior credit card will be authorized for room and tax. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you present a valid identification document upon arrival, along with the credit card used for this reservation. Upon arrival, your provided credit card will be authorized for the balance of your stay, plus an incidental hold of $200.

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas marked by a smoker pole in the cabin village & only in the parking area of Edgewood. Smoking is not permitted in any cabins at Hutton Brickyards. For the safety of yourself and those of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open-flame policy in a cabin will face a $250 cleaning fee.

  • Complimentary parking is available for all guests of the Inn. An electric vehicle charging station is also available.

  • Pets are always welcome in the cabins at Hutton Brickyards. Pets are not allowed at Edgewood Mansion.

    We require a $75 non-refundable pet fee. A portion of this fee will be donated to our local no-kill pet shelter. We love all kinds of animals, but only domestic cats and dogs are allowed. No more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed per cabin. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations and on a leash or in a carrier when outside the guest cabin. When left unattended, pets must be crated. Pets must not create a disturbance to other guests’ quiet enjoyment.

  • Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. The displayed rates are estimates only. Amount is subject to change. We offer our guests the freedom to settle their expenses effortlessly with any major credit card, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay from the moment you arrive to the moment you bid us farewell. All payments are due in U.S. funds only, and we do not accept cash or personal checks.
