WELLNESS RETREATS
Just 2 hours from NYC, but worlds away.
Set on a hundred acres of Hudson riverfront, Hutton Brickyards gives a retreat room to breathe. Mornings begin in a barrel sauna at the water's edge, practice is held in a century-old brick pavilion, and five hundred acres of state park stand quiet beyond the back fence. The land itself does the restoring, and it begins the moment the river comes into view.
DESIGNED AROUND YOU
Every retreat is built to order: sunrise yoga on the lawn, guided meditation and sound baths, sauna sessions at the Spa Garden, massage by appointment - led by practitioners who know the property as well as the practice.
The land carries the rest. A mile of waterfront to walk, firepits at night, no TVs by design. Meals are seasonal and local, served with the river in view, and nights end in cabins with heated bathroom floors and a wall of glass to the water - built for the deepest sleep you've had in a while. You leave a little clearer than you arrived.

30 MODERN CABINS
12 GUEST SUITES IN EDGEWOOD MANSION
TWO-BEDROOM COTTAGE
Hutton sleeps the whole group on-site — guests, production crews, and performing artists. Shaker-inspired craftsman cabins face the river with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall on the water side, or sit tucked in the trees; all are private, quiet, and finished with the details people mention afterward (heated bathroom floors in select cabins, a turntable instead of a TV).
Edgewood Mansion adds 12 suites in warm whites and French grays, original 1873 details intact.
The Cottage - 1,000 square feet, two bedrooms, and a brick courtyard with its own outdoor fireplace - is the natural pick for an executive or honored guest, at the center of the activity spaces.

RIVERFRONT
Three restored pavilions on the water — high truss ceilings, concrete floors, Wi-Fi, and dedicated power — built where bricks for the Empire State Building and Yankee Stadium once fired. Sunrise and sunset land directly on the river in front of them. Hutton Hall adds a fully enclosed option, flexing indoor-outdoor for any format.EDGEWOOD MANSION & CARRIAGE HOUSE
Built in 1873 for brickmaker John H. Cordts and restored to its Second Empire character, Edgewood Mansion sits above the river with parlors and dining rooms suited to boardroom sessions and private dinners. The Carriage House next door handles breakouts and smaller meetings. -
There's a restaurant on-site year-round. May to October, River Pavilion serves seafood-driven, wood-fired cooking — raw bar included — right on the water.
October to May, Edgewood Restaurant + Bar delivers a cozy atmosphere with French steakhouse classics anchored by locally sourced ingredients.

A Perfect Stay for PTNY’s Inaugural 7-Day-Bicycle Tour “Cycle the Hudson Valley” at Hutton Brickyards
Hosting 250+ guests is no small feat, but Hutton Brickyards pulled it off seamlessly. Staff were welcoming and organized, and the property's natural beauty — manicured grounds, stunning river views, and the charm of the historic brickyard buildings — created a unique atmosphere enjoyed by all.

Our very first soloRETREAT was such a success. Every guest walked away feeling refreshed, relaxed + like they needed just one more day - which was the goal.
