Hutton Brickyards offers lodging on-site for corporate groups, production teams, performing artists, and other guests. Modern craftsman cabins cut a striking figure against the landscape and are appointed with stylish, Shaker-inspired design elements. The River Cabins feature a glass side facing the water, with a range of views and amenities, and our Wood Cabins offer up a different experience tucked amongst the foliage. All cabins have boutique-hotel comforts while keeping a feeling of privacy and closeness to nature.
The Cottage is a 1,000 sq ft suite for an executive or honored guest, with two bedrooms, living areas, and a brick courtyard with an outdoor fireplace. It sits at the center of Hutton Brickyards’ activity spaces.
Edgewood Mansion offers 12 guest suites in warm whites and French grays, blending original 19th-century details with modern touches.

Covered pavilions and event spaces reflect Hutton Brickyards’ industrial past. Bricks from this site helped build landmarks like the Empire State Building and Yankee Stadium. Three historic pavilions feature high truss ceilings, concrete floors, Wi‑Fi, and dedicated power. Their waterfront location offers epic Hudson Valley sunrises and sunsets. Built in 1873 for brickmaker John H. Cords, Edgewood Mansion sits on prime Hudson River frontage. Its Second Empire exterior is largely unchanged, while the interior offers parlors and dining rooms suited for small corporate events. Adjacent to the mansion, the historic Carriage House offers additional flexible space perfect for breakout sessions, meetings, or intimate gatherings. -

Yes. Our space fee includes 6-foot and 8-foot rectangle tables, chairs, and soft seating with standard meeting setups suitable for presentations, workshops, and breakout sessions. Our events team will work with you to configure the room to match your agenda.

Yes. Basic A/V equipment, such as a TV, speakers, and microphones, is included in the space fee. Additional technical support is also available upon request.

Yes. Once your event is confirmed, you will be introduced to a dedicated Event Manager who can assist with your event timeline, activities, and food and beverage details. Our team supports the overall logistics of the retreat, though we do not facilitate or lead the meetings themselves.

To confirm a date for your corporate event, retreat, wedding, or private gathering, a 50% deposit is due with the signing of your contract. We accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, and all major credit cards.
