30 MODERN CABINS
12 GUEST SUITES IN EDGEWOOD MANSION
TWO-BEDROOM COTTAGE
Hutton sleeps the whole group on-site — corporate teams, production crews, performing artists. Shaker-inspired craftsman cabins face the river with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall on the water side, or sit tucked in the trees; all are private, quiet, and finished with the details people mention afterward (heated bathroom floors in select cabins, a turntable instead of a TV).
Edgewood Mansion adds 12 suites in warm whites and French grays, original 1873 details intact.
The Cottage — 1,000 square feet, two bedrooms, and a brick courtyard with its own outdoor fireplace — is the natural pick for an executive or honored guest, at the center of the activity spaces.

RIVERFRONT
Three restored pavilions on the water — high truss ceilings, concrete floors, Wi-Fi, and dedicated power — built where bricks for the Empire State Building and Yankee Stadium once fired. Sunrise and sunset land directly on the river in front of them. Hutton Hall adds a fully enclosed option, flexing indoor-outdoor for any format.EDGEWOOD MANSION & CARRIAGE HOUSE
Built in 1873 for brickmaker John H. Cordts and restored to its Second Empire character, Edgewood Mansion sits above the river with parlors and dining rooms suited to boardroom sessions and private dinners. The Carriage House next door handles breakouts and smaller meetings. -
There's a restaurant on-site year-round. May to October, River Pavilion serves seafood-driven, wood-fired cooking — raw bar included — right on the water.
October to May, Edgewood Restaurant + Bar delivers a cozy atmosphere with French steakhouse classics anchored by locally sourced ingredients.

The riverfront spa offers up a rustic connection with the landscape as you experience luxurious wellbeing offerings. Glass fronted saunas overlook the mighty Hudson and our knowledgeable team can arrange group experiences like mini treatments and more.
“Hutton Brickyards gave us the retreat we didn't know we needed - peaceful, productive, and genuinely unforgettable. Wine overlooking the Hudson every evening didn't hurt either. We can't wait to come back."
