Bob Dylan opened this stage in 2017. Since then, Rolling Stone brought its first festival here: a sold-out Stateside headlined by Noah Kahan. Broadway’s The Festival staged three nights on the riverfront, the first of its kind anywhere. And Field + Supply has filled the pavilions for more than a decade.

Hutton Brickyards is a working large-format event venue on the Hudson River in Kingston, NY, two hours from New York City, with the grounds, cover, and on-site lodging to carry a production from load-in to encore.

Three productions, one riverfront: Rolling Stone’s sold-out Stateside, Broadway’s The Festival, and Field + Supply’s makers market under the pavilions.

MUSIC & FESTIVALS

Hutton runs as a hybrid venue: open-air stages on the river, covered pavilions that hold a schedule rain or shine, and Hutton Hall, fully enclosed and air-conditioned, for late nights and rain plans. Stateside ran three stages across the grounds at once; Broadway Direct produced three nights on the riverfront. From a stripped-down acoustic set to a full festival build, bring your production team — ours has worked every scale.

FAIRS & MARKETS

Field + Supply has made Hutton home for more than ten years, most recently filling the pavilions with 275+ makers. The same bones serve fairs, expos, and brand activations: covered space for over 3,500, lawns and riverfront beyond it, and an audience that stays the weekend.

ON-SITE LODGING

Forty-three rooms sit inside the gates: thirty riverfront cabins, twelve suites in the 1873 Edgewood Mansion, and a two-bedroom cottage. Use them how the event needs them. Stateside sold cabins as festival packages; other productions house talent and crew steps from the stage. Either way, the rooms are inventory, not a hotel block twenty minutes away.
