CREATING A MEANINGFUL THIRD ACT: RECLAIMING YOUR AUTHENTICITY, WISDOM AND JOY WITH KAREN MOON & DEBRA KRUMHOLZ

Many women spend their lives focused on satisfying the needs of others in work, family, and relationships. Aging, which can bring many challenges, is also an opportunity to move beyond these roles and demands and to make intentional choices that better align with who they are now. Join psychotherapists Karen K. Moon and Debra Krumholz as they guide you with warmth, humor, and insights to explore, experiment, and slow down enough so you can gain clarity and connect with what feels most meaningful for you in this next phase of your life.

Utilizing guided meditations, journaling, and group discussions, we will reflect upon our past, understand our present and plan for the future. You will leave with greater self-compassion and more clarity for what you want to let go of and what you want to hold on to and nourish. This workshop is intended for women at midlife and beyond who are seeking more meaning, authenticity, and connection in their third act of life.
