PROGRAM TERMS + POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds: Cancellations made 15 days or more before your scheduled program or stay are eligible for a refund, less a $75 per person processing fee.

Credits: For cancellations made between 14 and 1 day before your scheduled program or stay, we will issue a non-refundable credit (less the $75 per person fee). Credits may be applied toward any Hutton Brickyards hotel stay or workshop within one year of the issue date. Credits cannot be redeemed in our restaurants or applied toward vendor services such as massages, facials, or similar offerings.

No Refunds or Credits: Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows, or early departures for any reason are not eligible for a refund or credit. Additionally, dissatisfaction with program content or presentation does not qualify for a refund.

Should Hutton Brickyards need to cancel a program, guests will receive a full refund.

 GENERAL STAY INFORMATION

Check-in after 3:00pm

Check-out before 11:00am

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to the program location.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost/stolen items.

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at least 14 days prior to the program.

All programs are intended to promote a safe and respectful environment. Any behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or endangers others will result in removal from the program without refund.

 HEALTH AND SAFETY

All participants are expected to be in adequate physical condition for activities (e.g., yoga, hiking). Please consult with a physician if needed before participating.

If a participant experiences illness or injury during the program, they are responsible for any associated medical costs.

The program organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.

While we are a pet friendly property, only service animals are allowed to be present in classes, spa sessions or food and beverage locations.

 LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending the program, participants acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks.

The program organizers and facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the program.

Participants waive the right to hold the program staff responsible for any outcomes resulting from activities they voluntarily participate in.

 CHANGES TO ITINERARY

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes in the schedule.

 PRIVACY POLICY

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 FORCE MAJEURE

The program organizers shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or transportation strikes. Should Hutton Brickyards need to cancel a program, guests will receive a full refund

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ulster County, NY. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ulster County, NY.
