  • Yes. Hutton Hall is a fully enclosed, air-conditioned historic structure used for meetings, dinners, ceremonies, and other events.

  • Yes. Our space fee includes 6-foot and 8-foot rectangle tables, chairs, and soft seating with standard meeting setups suitable for presentations, workshops, and breakout sessions. Our events team will work with you to configure the room to match your agenda.

  • Yes. Basic A/V equipment, such as a TV, speakers, and microphones, is included in the space fee. Additional technical support is also available upon request.

  • Yes. Once your event is confirmed, you will be introduced to a dedicated Event Manager who can assist with your event timeline, activities, and food and beverage details. Our team supports the overall logistics of the retreat, though we do not facilitate or lead the meetings themselves.

  • Yes. Corporate retreats typically include a food and beverage minimum, a meeting space rental fee, a 24% administrative fee, and a resort fee applied to guest rooms. The administrative fee supports staffing and service, while the space rental fee covers furnishings, room setup, and meeting-related amenities.

  • To confirm a date for your corporate event, retreat, wedding, or private gathering, a 50% deposit is due with the signing of your contract. We accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, and all major credit cards.

  • Yes. Our Riverfront area includes North Lawn, Hutton Hall, Butler Pavilion, and Lidgerwood Pavilion, allowing couples to host different parts of the celebration on-site.

  • Yes. We offer full campus buyouts for couples who want a more private wedding experience. Partial buyouts may mean another group is using a different event area.

  • No. Because we hold the liquor license for the property, all alcohol must be purchased through and served by our staff.

  • Yes. We provide a preferred vendor list, but couples may bring their own vendors as long as those vendors provide a Certificate of Insurance.

  • No. We provide the venue, accommodations, and beverage service. Couples are responsible for rental furniture, service ware, catering staff, and related vendors.

  • Yes. Edgewood Mansion and its grounds are reserved exclusively for your celebration during the wedding weekend.

  • Amenities include complimentary parking and EV charging, Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk, an outdoor gym, picnic spaces, in-room coffee machines, mini refrigerators, and air conditioning.


  • Yes, but only in our cabins. Pets are welcome in the cabins, while Edgewood Mansion does not allow pets.

  • We charge a $75 non-refundable pet fee for cabin stays with pets.

  • We allow up to two domestic dogs per cabin, subject to our pet policy.

  • Yes. Our riverfront cabins are dog-friendly, and River Pavilion welcomes dogs in its outdoor seating areas. Edgewood Mansion and Edgewood Restaurant + Bar are not pet-friendly due to the historic nature of the property. Only service animals are allowed in classes, spa sessions, and indoor food and beverage locations.

  • Yes. River Pavilion is open to the public, and guests do not need to stay overnight with us to dine there.

  • River Pavilion is open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with lunch Thursday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. On Sundays, River Pavilion serves brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
