HUTTON HEALTH

Join us for a winter wellness getaway that will be a life-changing experience.

JAN 15 - APR 19

We’re hosting workshops with six groundbreaking teachers exploring mind-body connections, holistic healing, spiritual connections, transformation, and ultimately, empowerment. These are two- and three-day experiences, open to all levels of experience.

Located on the Hudson River in upstate New York, Hutton Brickyards is a riverfront hotel and venue with 100 acres of spectacular grounds and luxe accommodations — including riverfront cabins and a gloriously restored historic mansion — plus farm-to-table restaurant, spa treatments, hiking paths, and uninterrupted waterfront vistas.

If you’re looking for a mental and physical reset, this is the place and these are the people to guide you. (we even offer commuter rates, which include everything but accommodations). You will leave renewed and recharged.

RELAX & WRITE: TAPPING YOUR UNCONSCIOUS FOR LIFE AND ART
WITH MAIA DANZIGER

Most of us are writing using only a small part of the resources we have available. These resources — our intuition, creativity, and deeper knowing — are the foundations of good writing, and a fully realized life. In a safe and nonjudgmental setting, we practice deep relaxation, guided meditation, sensory awareness, and tapping into the “observer self” to awaken the inner voice we’ve always wanted to hear and put that voice to paper.
