HUTTON HEALTH
Join us for a winter wellness getaway that will be a life-changing experience.
JAN 15 - APR 19
We’re hosting workshops with six groundbreaking teachers exploring mind-body connections, holistic healing, spiritual connections, transformation, and ultimately, empowerment. These are two- and three-day experiences, open to all levels of experience.
Located on the Hudson River in upstate New York, Hutton Brickyards is a riverfront hotel and venue with 100 acres of spectacular grounds and luxe accommodations — including riverfront cabins and a gloriously restored historic mansion — plus farm-to-table restaurant, spa treatments, hiking paths, and uninterrupted waterfront vistas.
If you’re looking for a mental and physical reset, this is the place and these are the people to guide you. (we even offer commuter rates, which include everything but accommodations). You will leave renewed and recharged.

CREATING A MEANINGFUL THIRD ACT: RECLAIMING YOUR AUTHENTICITY, WISDOM AND JOY WITH KAREN MOON & DEBRA KRUMHOLZ

This workshop is intended for women at midlife and beyond who are seeking more meaning, authenticity, and connection in their third act of life.

POEMS OF LONGING
WITH PADRAIG O’TUAMA
What does it mean to desire something? We all know that desire can change once we get what it is we think we want. And what does it mean to lose desire? Join Pádraig Ó Tuama for a weekend of poetry reading, and writing prompts exploring the strange world of longing, loss, desire and satisfaction. Experienced poets and newcomers to writing all welcome.
MAR 20 - MAR 22
SPRING RENEWAL HEALING WEEKEND WITH BRETT BEVELL
Step into a sacred space of energetic renewal, intuitive activation, and spiritual rebirth during this deeply restorative weekend of powerful group healings. Guided by Brett Bevell, founder of the Magical Awakening® energy system and creator of Ultra Psychic Reiki, this event is designed not as a training but as a direct immersion into transformative healing energies.
APR 10 - 12
RELAX & WRITE: TAPPING YOUR UNCONSCIOUS FOR LIFE AND ART
WITH MAIA DANZIGER
Most of us are writing using only a small part of the resources we have available. These resources — our intuition, creativity, and deeper knowing — are the foundations of good writing, and a fully realized life. In a safe and nonjudgmental setting, we practice deep relaxation, guided meditation, sensory awareness, and tapping into the “observer self” to awaken the inner voice we’ve always wanted to hear and put that voice to paper.
APR 16 - 19
A FEAST OF QIGONG: A RARE SPRING RETREAT WITH ROBERT PENG
This is more than a getaway. It’s a radiant, custom-curated feast of Qigong — a weekend of healing sound, movement, stillness, nature, and collective energy. Together, we’ll rise with the spirit of spring and immerse ourselves in a powerful Qi field — restoring vitality, expanding clarity, and aligning with the deeper rhythm of renewal.
