Relay into the Field of Infinite Potential with Karena Virginia

A Three-Day, Two-Night Workshop with Karena Virginia
Join us as we bring small groups to 100 riverfront acres for weekends built around a single practice: writing with a working poet, qigong with a master teacher, meditation, longevity, creative renewal. Programs run on select weekends, beginning January 22.
Every program is chosen by Director Carol Donahoe, formerly Senior Director of Programs at the Omega Institute, where she oversaw more than 300 programs a year. Each weekend is all-inclusive: your cabin, meals by Executive Chef Ed Harder, all instruction, and the run of the grounds.
The rest is the property doing what it does. Mornings by the water, sessions in a century-old brick pavilion, saunas at the river's edge, firepits after dark.

Itinerary
-
Feel the beginning of the inner coziness we will be connecting with over the weekend. We'll review the weekend's schedule and offer a glimpse of what each session will explore. We will go over a few practical notes so you know exactly what to expect. We will complete the evening with a brief meditation to calm the nervous system from the day of traveling, and to help us all retire for the evening. A special gift for the weekend will be given to you from Karena.
-
We will move our body with some yoga and movement exercises. Modifications will be provided, and this will be a practice that everyone can be a part of. It will not be intimidating... it will be extremely accessible and there will be opportunities to rest or elevate your heart rate. The choice will be yours. You will be taking care of yourself with our support the entire weekend. Everyone will find their I AM statement that they keep quietly in the heart. The I AM statement will be the intention we set for the weekend.
A restful and healing afternoon. We will be practicing breathwork and then a sound healing with deep relaxation as well as Plan on being in very comfortable clothes and resting on your back. This will be restorative and incorporate essential oils if you would like. This will also be trauma informed so everyone feels very safe. We will begin the manifestation process during the deep rest. We will be using the I AM statement in silence... it is your private meditation that you created with your inner child.
-
We will move our body first. We will then go into a mindfulness practice with our I AM statement, and Karena will discuss the Ask, Believe, Receive theory that she developed to help people get out of their own way and co-create with the universe. We will go deeply into a meditation practice utilizing this high frequency we create. Each student will create their own style and we will access the inner parts of the self that may need a bit more self love.

Kingston is just under two hours from New York City, making it an easy weekend escape. Hop in the car and take the scenic drive up the Hudson Valley via the NY State Thruway, or leave the driving to Amtrak—trains run regularly from Penn Station to the Rhinecliff or Kingston station, with the ride taking about 90 minutes to two hours. Either way, you'll trade city streets for river views in no time.
Address: 132 Lindsley Avenue. Kingston, NY 12401
-
Complimentary on-site parking is included with your stay.
On-site gem cart service is available to help transport your luggage from the parking area to your cabin. An electric vehicle charging station is also provided on the property.

Dogs are welcome in our cabins!
Please note that Edgewood Mansion is a pet-free space, and dogs are not permitted inside actual program sessions.
Community + Connection
The difference at Hutton Wellbeing is scale. At the big retreat centers you can be one of a hundred in the hall; here, programs are kept intentionally small, closer to a dinner party than a conference. You're never watching from the back row. Teachers share the same tables at meals, questions get answered by name, and the strangers from Friday's welcome dinner are usually the reason people come back.
The place does its part. Sessions meet in a century-old brick pavilion, meals are served with the river in view, and evenings end around the fire. In winter and spring the property runs at its quietest, which means a small group has the riverfront, the trails, and the saunas nearly to themselves.
