GETTING TO JOY: A JOURNEY INTO THE STORIES WE INHERIT AND THE LIFE WE CREATE WITH SUZI TUCKER

Have you ever felt like you’re checking all the boxes, yet something still feels… off?

Maybe you keep finding yourself in familiar patterns, even when you thought you’d outgrown them. Or perhaps you sense you’re living a life that doesn’t quite feel like your own.

In this illuminating program, Family Constellations pioneer Suzi Tucker offers a compassionate and powerful way to explore the unseen dynamics that shape our lives. Through a three-dimensional experiential process, you’ll gently uncover how past events and family histories may be influencing the present, often without our awareness.

Rather than treating joy as a finish line to reach, Suzi invites us to experience it as an ongoing, nourishing relationship with life. As we bring hidden stories to light, we open space for greater freedom, resilience, and a more authentic sense of belonging to ourselves and the world.

Come discover what becomes possible when old patterns soften, clarity arises, and joy returns as something steady, lived, and deeply your own.

Meet Suzi Tucker

A leading figure in Family Constellations – an intergenerational approach to healing – Suzi Tucker is a presenter, teacher, facilitator, and writer. In addition to her own teaching venues, she currently serves on the guest faculty of Omega Institute, the International Family & Systemic Constellation Training, Manhattan College, the New Center of NYC, among others.

As a cofounder of Zeig, Tucker & Theisen, Publishers, Suzi played a pivotal role in introducing Family Constellations to the United States. Her position as the Acquisitions Editor not only led her to become friends with Bert Hellinger, the pioneer of the approach, but also to collaborate with him on most of his English titles and to organize many of his workshops in the United States.

An essayist and contributor to numerous publications in the fields of psychology and well-being, Suzi is the author of a chapbook, A Stitch in Time (2025), and Gather Enough Fireflies.  Two new books are in the pipeline: There Is Way in Which  (essays) and Take Every Step: The Art and Practice of Facilitation.
