A Three-Day, Two-Night Workshop with Karena Virginia
A certified healer, Kundalini expert, and author of Essential Kundalini Yoga, Karena Virginia has spent her career helping people find their voices. This retreat is the Law of Attraction as she teaches it: manifestation grounded in calming the nervous system, not in trying harder.
The weekend moves through gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing, somatic practice, visualization, and journaling, releasing the patterns of fear, scarcity, and inherited belief that keep us stuck and building coherence between heart, mind, and body. Each guest sets a private I AM intention on Saturday and carries it into Sunday's Ask, Believe, Receive practice, a method of Karena's own. Sessions are accessible and trauma-informed; rest when you want, reach when you're ready.
Come alone or bring a friend. Everyone is welcome.

Itinerary
-
Settle in, get comfortable, and meet the weekend. Karena walks through what each session will explore, covers the practical notes, and closes with a brief meditation to calm the nervous system after a day of traveling. Everyone leaves with a special gift from Karena, and an early night is encouraged.
-
Gentle yoga and movement to start, with modifications throughout: rest or raise your heart rate, the choice stays yours all weekend. The morning's real work is quiet - each guest finds their I AM statement, the private intention carried in the heart through everything that follows.
The afternoon turns restful: breathwork, then a sound healing with deep relaxation - comfortable clothes, resting on your back, essential oils if you'd like, all trauma-informed and built for safety. The manifestation practice begins here, in silence, with your intention. -
Movement first, then mindfulness with your I AM statement before Karena teaches Ask, Believe, Receive, the method she developed for getting out of your own way and co-creating with what's ahead. The weekend closes in deep meditation - accessible to everyone, and each guest leaves with a practice styled as their own.

Kingston is just under two hours from New York City, making it an easy weekend escape. Hop in the car and take the scenic drive up the Hudson Valley via the NY State Thruway, or leave the driving to Amtrak—trains run regularly from Penn Station to the Rhinecliff or Kingston station, with the ride taking about 90 minutes to two hours. Either way, you'll trade city streets for river views in no time.
Address: 132 Lindsley Avenue. Kingston, NY 12401
-
Complimentary on-site parking is included with your stay.
On-site gem cart service is available to help transport your luggage from the parking area to your cabin. An electric vehicle charging station is also provided on the property.

Dogs are welcome in our cabins!
Please note that Edgewood Mansion is a pet-free space, and dogs are not permitted inside actual program sessions.
Community + Connection
The difference at Hutton Wellbeing is scale. At the big retreat centers you can be one of a hundred in the hall; here, programs are kept intentionally small, closer to a dinner party than a conference. You're never watching from the back row. Teachers share the same tables at meals, questions get answered by name, and the strangers from Friday's welcome dinner are usually the reason people come back.
The place does its part. Sessions meet in a century-old brick pavilion, meals are served with the river in view, and evenings end around the fire. In winter and spring the property runs at its quietest, which means a small group has the riverfront, the trails, and the saunas nearly to themselves.
